Darksiders: Wrath of War is a video game being developed by Vigil Games. The game takes its inspiration from the apocalypse and battle of armageddon described in the Book of Revelation, with the player taking the role of “War”, one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse.
The player takes on the role as War, one of the four legendary Horsemen of the apocalypse; the apocalypse has just taken place prematurely, and the world destroyed, and War finds himself tasked to find out who was behind this; caught in a battle between angels and demons, he has lost much of his power, and must find out where the other horsemen are, and who misled them into starting the final battle.
View the game trailer below and chose from three factions: S.V.E.R (pronounced Sever), a group of war torn countries; Raven, a futuristic group who wear black armor and sport high-tech weaponry; and Valor, a military force with gear similar to the US army. The game’s E3 unveiling trailer featured large landscapes, tactics such as air strikes and parachuting, and a variety of vehicles, from tanks and APCs to airplanes. The game will boast complete ground up class creating with weapon attachments and perks such as explosives. Also, players will be able to customize their characters including face, voice, and armor . The game will be a first-person shooter.

This time around Punisher is looking to be a first person shooter (FPS) with online multiplayer capability and a considerable list of playable characters from the comic series. The whole shebang will cost you a measly 9.99 to download and the game will come available starting July 2. Online play will feature a collection of solo and team based missions for you to partake in so make sure to tell your friends about this game which looks pretty good to be only 10 bucks.

Coming out for the PS2, Nintendo Wii and DS, Scooby-Doo! First Frights is a 3D action platformer. The style isn’t based on a specific show, but all the characters have a younger look to them ala “A Pup Named Scooby Doo”.
Most of the demo involved beating off the enemies. Players can switch between the characters on screen, and Scooby and Shaggy had different attacks. Scooby uses a chain of sausage links as nunchucks to smack enemies. Shaggy has a slingshot and is more of a ranged attack character.
Pontius is a Knight – but only in his daydreams. He wants to join the King’s army and what better way to do that than to battle against the undead and prove himself worthy of knighthood! The problem is that Pontius doesn’t quite understand what “undead” means, and he’s the only one left to face the enemy in the castle. Or so it seems…
Amadeus is an older wizard still “studying” at the Astral Academy. By a series of accidents, he’s been left behind in the castle. He can see the undead army approaching and he is keen not to die. He wants to escape and get as far away from the undead as possible.
