Heavy Rain is a PlayStation 3 video game developed by Quantic Dream. The game is directed by Quantic Dream’s founder and CEO David Cage, who also wrote and directed the studio’s two previous games, Omikron: The Nomad Soul and Fahrenheit. A playable demo was released on 11 February 2010. The demo was released prior to this date to those people who took part in the Four Day Challenge.

BioShock 2: In The Game (Gameplay Overview)

BioShock 2 is a first-person shooter video game developed by 2K Marin and Irrational Games for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 video game consoles, and the Windows operating system. It is the sequel to the critically acclaimed 2007 video game BioShock. The game was released world-wide on February 9, 2010.

The game is set in fictional dystopian city Rapture in alternative history 1968, eight years after the events of BioShock. The protagonist and player-controlled character is a Big Daddy, a being that has had its organs and skin grafted into an atmospheric diving suit. Among the first of its kind, the player-controlled Big Daddy reactivates with no recollection of the past decade’s events, and scours the city in an attempt to relocate the Little Sister that he was paired with. When it becomes obvious that Rapture’s leader Sofia Lamb will become responsible for the city’s destruction, the Big Daddy attempts to overthrow Lamb and her army of Big Sisters.

Rogue Warrior (initially titled Rogue Warrior: Black Razor) is a tactical first person shooter video game. It was developed by Rebellion Developments and published by Bethesda Softworks. The game was released November 26, 2009 in Australia, November 27, 2009 in Europe and December 1, 2009 in North America on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Microsoft Windows platforms.

In Rogue Warrior, the United States has sent in Richard Marcinko, a veteran Navy SEAL, on a mission into North Korea to disrupt ballistic missile launchers. As players progress, Marcinko will encounter numerous enemies and allies as he is sent from locations such as Korea, Russia, and others to pursue terrorists with dangerous missile capabilities. The plot is loosely based on the autobiography by the game’s protagonist, Richard Marcinko.

Dead Rising 2 – Gameplay Trailer 2

The gameplay remains similar to Dead Rising with the player controlling protagonist Chuck Greene as he fights off hordes of zombies while accomplishing specific missions. The game will include several new objects that can be used to attack the zombies. The number of zombies which can be seen onscreen at any one time has also been dramatically increased from 800 in the original to roughly 6,000. According to Inafune, the new protagonist will be more “interesting” than the previous hero, Frank West.

There will also be a greater variety of missions for the player to undertake, and the sequel will retain the original’s time management mechanic. However, the original game’s photography mechanic will not be present in Dead Rising 2.

The game is set a few years after the events of the original Dead Rising. The zombie virus that originated in Santa Cabeza has spread all over the United States. The game will take place in the fictional city of Fortune City, which is modelled after the real-life city of Las Vegas, Nevada. Chuck Greene, a former national motocross champion, is somehow caught in the middle of the zombie apocalypse on Fortune City. Just like Frank West (the previous hero from the original Dead Rising), Chuck must survive through every zombie horde he gets into as well as psychopathic civilians and rescue surviving ones. Among the survivors is Chuck’s own daughter, which serves as his primary motivation for battling the undead. Inafune mentioned in an interview that part of Chuck’s quest will force him to participate in the violent game show, “Terror is Reality”.
